🍵 Brew Monday is a gentle reminder that connection matters. 🫖
Samaritans challenge the idea of “Blue Monday” because feeling low isn’t tied to a date—it can happen anytime. Their message? Out with the blue, in with the brew.
Whether it’s a quick chat over coffee or a long catch-up with tea, taking time to talk can make a real difference.
At ILS, we value positivity and supportiveness—and we believe in the power of small moments to show we care.

We are deeply saddened to learn that @RoadPeace has closed after more than 30 years of vital work supporting road crash victims and campaigning for safer roads.
Founded in 1992, RoadPeace gave a voice to those affected and shaped progress nationally and internationally—including the UN adoption of the World Day of Remembrance.
Their annual remembrance service was a powerful space to honour lives lost and reflect on how we can all make roads safer.
To everyone at RoadPeace—past and present—thank you for your courage, compassion, and unwavering commitment. Your legacy will continue to inspire.
