Delhi Police have registered an FIR against protesters detained at Minto Road on 1 November
The rally at Ramlila Maidan was permitted, but some protesters from the Disha group allegedly attempted to march towards Jantar Mantar, which is no longer a designated protest site.
Police said members of the Disha Students’ Organisation took out the march around 5 pm.
DRDO successfully test-fired an indigenous Pralay quasi-ballistic missile from the Integrated Test Range at Chandipur, off the Odisha coast. The missile was launched from Launch Complex-Three.
It successfully engaged two simulated targets at a reported distance of around 500 kms. As a safety precaution, authorities evacuated more than 2,500 people from nearby villages before the test.
Pralay missile is capable of carrying different types of warheads and has a reported strike range of up to 500 kms.

Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman released a commemorative coin honouring legendary Carnatic music composer Muthuswami Dikshita on his 250th birth anniversary in #Varanasi.
