@Support your ai support email bot is so bad and cost me an account I’ve had for years. I am a Canadian citizen and all my devices on that account were from Canada. I received an email a few days ago saying that account was banned for impersonating someone. pt1

I submitted my ID which clearly states I am a Canadian citizen which would prove the American device was not me and it was not me who got my account banned for impersonating someone. However your shitty ai support bot said I violated the “authenticity policy”. Worst support ever.
