I am concerned about the restrictions on my account. My access has been limited, and the direct chat feature, which only works for verified (blue tick) accounts, does not work for me—it only shows “try again in 20 minutes.”
My posts are removed for reasons unrelated to their content, which poses a risk to my page. Despite high engagement, my monetization has been inactive for years. I am an independent journalist working to share truthful news and report on Iran’s realities,
not biased media narratives. This approach of censorship risks repeating the problems seen in 2020.

Subject: Urgent Appeal Against Unjustified Content Removal – Potential Targeted Reporting by Iranian Regime Affiliates
Dear Instagram/Meta Team,
I am writing to strongly protest the repeated removal of my posts, which I believe is not only unjustified but possibly the result of targeted and coordinated reporting by affiliates of the Iranian regime, including IRGC (Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps).
My page is dedicated to informing people with fact-based content, especially focused on human rights, freedom of speech, and exposing systemic oppression in Iran. None of my posts glorify violence, promote terrorism, or violate Instagram’s Community Guidelines. On the contrary, they serve the global public interest by shedding light on the realities people face under authoritarian rule.
Unfortunately, it appears that my content has been falsely flagged by individuals or networks aligned with the Iranian government who seek to silence dissent. These actors are using Instagram’s reporting system to artificially trigger automated takedowns, which puts my account at risk of being permanently removed.
I respectfully request:
A manual review of the removed content by a qualified human moderator.
Protection of my account against coordinated abuse of the reporting system.
Clarification regarding which specific guideline(s) my content supposedly violated.
I am aware that Meta stands for free expression and human rights. I ask you to uphold those values and stop allowing state-sponsored actors to weaponize your platform against voices of truth and resistance.

در تاریخ ۴ ژوئن ۲۰۲۵، رئیس‌جمهور دونالد ترامپ فرمانی اجرایی صادر کرد که ورود شهروندان ۱۲ کشور، از جمله ایران، را به ایالات متحده ممنوع می‌کند. این ممنوعیت از ۹ ژوئن ۲۰۲۵ اجرایی می‌شود و به دلایل امنیت ملی، از جمله نگرانی‌ها درباره حملات تروریستی و ضعف در سیستم‌های شناسایی و کنترل مهاجرتی این کشورها، اعمال شده است.
کشورهای مشمول ممنوعیت کامل ورود:
۱. افغانستان
۲. ایران
۳. لیبی
۴. سومالی
۵. سودان
۶. یمن
۷. اریتره
۸. جمهوری کنگو
۹. گینه استوایی
۱۰. چاد
۱۱. میانمار
۱۲. هائیتی
علاوه بر این، برای ۷ کشور دیگر، از جمله کوبا، ونزوئلا، ترکمنستان، لائوس، توگو، سیرالئون و بوروندی، محدودیت‌های جزئی‌تری اعمال شده است.
استثناها و معافیت‌ها:
با وجود این ممنوعیت‌ها، برخی افراد از آن معاف هستند:
— دارندگان گرین کارت (اقامت دائم آمریکا)
— دارندگان ویزاهای معتبر صادرشده قبل از ۹ ژوئن ۲۰۲۵
— دو تابعیتی‌هایی که با گذرنامه کشور غیرمشمول سفر می‌کنند
— دیپلمات‌ها و دارندگان ویزاهای رسمی (A، G، NATO)
— ورزشکاران شرکت‌کننده در المپیک یا جام جهانی
— افرادی که ورودشان به نفع منافع ملی آمریکا تشخیص داده شود
— افرادی با روابط خانوادگی نزدیک در آمریکا (همسر، والدین، فرزندان)
— افرادی با نیازهای پزشکی فوری یا دلایل بشردوستانه
— دانشجویان و متقاضیان ویزاهای تبادلی (F، M، J) از ایران، مشروط به بررسی‌های امنیتی بیشتر
— دارندگان ویزاهای خاص مهاجرتی، مانند اقلیت‌های مذهبی تحت پیگرد از ایران یا متقاضیان ویزای ویژه افغان
