A Polish dance that unites in Japan! The premiere of ‘Japanese Kujawiak’ took place at Poland Pavilion, featuring the couple Yoshiaki and Yumiko Oka. The Japanese couple met during a kujawiak course and for over forty years have been running a school of Polish folk and national dances in the city of Tomonura. After the presentation, the Oka couple performed a dance demonstration. A letter from the Minister of Culture, Marta Cienkowska, was read, after which the couple was awarded the ‘Merit for Polish Culture’ badge. The exhibition "𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲. 𝗞𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗮–𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗿𝗮𝗳𝘁𝘀 𝗘𝘅𝗵𝗶𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻" has officially opened at the Seoul Museum of Craft Art in Korea, inaugurating a unique cultural collaboration. The exhibition runs until 19 October 2025.
