The build-up of Duskbloods is still horrible. The network test at least showed gameplay which eased my skepticism and increased my excitement towards the game. However the promotion and build up it's still as nothingburger as ever, we're meant to get it this year btw.

Compare this to Nightreign, the trailers, promo-material, game info, things of that nature they were promoting that game like it was the second coming of Elden Ring itself. I don't think we'll get it this year, but if we are, I find the way it was handled to be disappointing.

Excuse the disgusting analogy but the reason I stopped playing Silksong when it released (other then skill issue) is that it made me feel like I was Nikocado Avocado. I felt so full and inflated yet there was so much food everywhere around me that I felt nasty about myself.

Yukimura's art during farmland is actually insane, the line work made me feel like I was there with them. The detail is so gritty, and dirty I felt the stench coming off of Thorfinn and Einar. I had the place mapped out in my head even from just how real it all looked.
