Seattle is no longer considered a lock for an NBA expansion team, Adam Silver has informed team owners, per @WindhorstESPN. The league is reportedly using Mexico City as a potential alternative to pressure Seattle’s bidding group into raising its offer. (h/t @TheNBABase )
