Errr, @on_lothianbuses who would I contact about a broken bus seat at a stop (stop oxgangs terrace - 201600) It’s been broken about 3 weeks, was fixed with cable ties and is broken again. A wee old lady almost fell off.

This is getting beyond a joke! How do you lose a suitcase in a SECURE BUILDING?! Menzies are absolute rubbish, @united can only tell us the bag landed in Edinburgh on the 14th and we can’t get in touch with ANY baggage people actually located in @EDI_Airport 😡
So, bag allegedly arrived at the airport on the 15th July but no one can find it except that it’s there. I mean I know it’s not @EDI_Airport fault but c’mon, this is just getting idiotic! Menzies need to get this sorted!

Ah here. On call with Menzies distribution at @EDI_Airport for 17 mins, dude answers the phone and then it disconnects 🤯😡 trying to get my friends bag back(she landed from america last Friday). Short of going back to the airport this is frustrating
