The Consulate General of Ireland in New York is very sad to hear of the tragic passing of Glen Hansard this morning. Glen was a frequent performer in NYC over the years and will be missed by the music community here. It is humbling to see this moving tribute by the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame (@rockhall), which speaks to the impact Glen’s music has had in the United States. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam.
