This is slightly related, but I was curious and needed an excuse to reach out since we don't know each other. I'm planning on making a Marvel character and wanted tips. I wanted him to be a mutant telepath who eventually learns magic. Are there good ways to go about that?

Two questions based on this. Does that mean everyone can use magic? Granted, I know everyone and everything has magic in them, as stated multiple times, most notably Gwenpool 2. With Magic being free, how would you use it if you had it
