@Verizon @VerizonSupport our pharmacy has been without phones and internet since Wednesday 5/17. Patients and doctors cannot get in touch with us. Customer service says it will be fixed by 2:30 everyday and nothing gets fixed. Do you care about small businesses??

We keep getting DMs from Verizon with links and phone numbers that we have been reaching out to for a week with no help except the same empty promise of service being restored by 2:30PM. No one is helping at all. This is seriously affecting our business and patients. @optimum
