Accountability is so important in life. It's something I didn't fully take seriously until recently and the difference I've seen in myself when it comes to achieving my goals is undeniable. Get a coach, get a mentor, join an accountability group whatever you need to do just do it

I know that people from Black & Ethnic Minority (BAME) backgrounds are over-represented in mental health services But when EVERY patient in a Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit is from a BAME background We must address factors that disadvantage BAME people such as poverty & racism
