"Dylan give consent to wearing the MCD in the beginning", "the MCD was the only reasonable choice the FBC had".
No wonder Remedy needed to hammer the fact about how evil Darling was. People really didn't get it in the first game and apparently things haven't changed.
If you say "I think this woman deserves better writing" , Tumblr will say you hate women, if you don't ship her with the blorbo.
The way she's literally the only character who says that the MCD is inherently unethical. It's not "you changed, so you earned people privileges" but "it doesn't matter what you did, this is unethical and inherently dehumanising".
#ControlResonantSpoilers I do love the choice to have Dr Florez be like "look me in my face: the MCD is unethical. I don’t give a fuck about why or who or how, I am telling you straight up that it is unacceptable and you will not move me on this"
One day I want to know what's up with Remedy's bo/ner for guilt and kind of guilt shaped relationships.

I think this is a good time to day that I wrote the only Jack Joyce/Nick Marsters fic on Ao3

can’t stop thinking how scared Arish was of Dylan that he had to insist on keeping him locked even during a coma and then how relieved he is to hear him in the Unknown, calling Dylan by his name and finally seeing him as a person for the first time
And some point someone has to explain to me where the "Dylan always does what Zoe wants and likes it" thing is coming from because it's not the game and why that's supposed to be cute considering Dylan's arc of regaining control, agency and autonomy.
