Still haven’t heard from the Hotel @HolidayInn They had no right to charge my card for a room that was already paid for. Now I have been inconvenienced, out of pocket for over a week, the charges still on my card.
This is extremely disrespectful, dishonesty and inconsiderate.
I figure this won’t help but I’m really disappointed and saddened by the level of customer service experienced with @ZARA_Care 😢😭
