✝️ 24 | Christ is King | Apologetics | Aspiring Historian
Sola Scriptura: Scripture alone is the highest authority
Sola Fide: Salvation by faith alone
Sola Gratia: Salvation by grace alone
Solus Christus: Christ alone is mediator and savior
Soli Deo Gloria: Glory to God alone
1 Corinthians 13:1-3:
"If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing."

Just so that everyone is clear, I am, in fact, a biological man, and I have been male since birth.
@MomoMorning7 is, in fact, a biological woman, and she has been female since birth.
Transgenderism is one thing. Obviously as Christians, we tend to encourage people to love themselves as God created them. But openly identifying as transgender, and being honest about it, is one thing.
Knowingly misrepresenting your sex, and actively deceiving people, especially after being invited into exclusive spaces and conversations predicated on the understanding that everyone involved is female, is a fundamentally different matter. And a major violation of trust. ***Especially*** for a man invading women's spaces.
This is not simply a disagreement about gender identity. It is a matter of deliberate dishonesty, violated boundaries, and access obtained under false pretenses.

How our hearts should long for the lost to ask us, "What must I do to be saved?" But it will never happen if they don’t hear of God’s wrath.

Martin Luther said that after years of training in Catholicism it was simply the book of Romans that set him free and helped him finally understand the Gospel.
It can do that for you too. Study Romans!

Anime isn't Christian. And we don't need to pretend it is.
But can anime point us toward God—and help us build bridges with others?
100% yes.

There’s a huge difference between allowing Scripture to form your beliefs and using it to justify beliefs you’ve already formed.
I think about that difference almost every day as I scroll through Twitter.
