DMZ First Look vs Actual Gameplay
I think we're all getting tired of these "gameplay reveals" that mislead audiences into thinking we're finally getting new experiences. It's like the Rainbow Six Siege showcase all over again where by the time we get to play the game for ourselves, it's nothing like the version that was adverised only a few months prior.
They appeal to a certain crowd in their marketing but then cater to an entirely different one at launch. This level of immersion and intensity isn't reflected in the final game at all and the UI / HUD elelments are a relentless assault on the eyeballs vs the clean, immersive gameplay we were first shown🫠
I'm enjoying the new systems that this version of DMZ has to offer but to an outsider looking in, this just looks like Warzone with AI... DMZ shouldn't look or feel like Warzone and because it does, people won't give it a chance.
A10 GO BRRRRT! 💥
ACE COMBAT 8 is peak arcade gaming. Great campaign and intense multiplayer with CO-OP, PvP and PvPvE modes. #ACECOMBAT8 is available now on PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S #ad
I can't believe they didn't make this one evening skyline scene look like broad daylight at noon. Are we serious? The nitpicking is insane 💀
Fists are clearly overpowered @WARDOGS Please fix.
I purchased a Little Bird with rocket pods and ammo 4 times in a row... I died to a SAM Site across the map 4 times in row (because flares are made of hopes and dreams)
I cursed that guys entire family lineage for the next thousand years.
Wardogs clicked with me in a way an FPS hasn't for a very, very long time.
But there has always been this weird, unspoken expectation that creators have to maintain a perfectly balanced 50/50 split between praise and criticism to prove they are being genuine.
Personally, I'm not going to deliberately tone down my enthusiasm because someone might interpret me being excited as marketing or hype farming. That's not how enjoying games works so the "shill" comments I recieve, especially as a creator who focuses on high production value are water off my back because defending my integrity would sadly become a part time job...
I'd much rather be honest about that than start manufacturing opinions based on what I think the internet will find acceptable. You don't have to agree with me on the games I like but I hope people can at least respect that I'm being genuine when I tell you I'm having fun.
I make videos because I love games. That's the entire reason I started doing this in the first place. I'm fortunate enough that it became my job, but that doesn't somehow switch off the part of me that just played games before I had to think about thumbnails, titles, algorithms, footage, editing, retention, uploads and everything else that comes with making content.
The truth is, I've played and covered a lot of FPS games during my time on YouTube and I can't remember the last time I came away from one feeling the way I do about Wardogs. There's also something refreshing about seeing a smaller, grassroots team take a swing at this kind of game.
When you hear “Early Access” these days, you can often expect a good foundation with half the content missing, placeholder systems and maybe a roadmap explaining what the actual game might eventually become.
Wardogs doesn't give me that feeling because the core experience already exists and I can't wait to play more!
I streamed WARDOGS for 13 hours today... My longest ever stream... And I'm not even a streamer... in fact, I hardly know her.
Now I must sleep so I can do it all over again tomorrow. Gn 🙂

Spider-Man Brand New Day was great. Absolutely loved how stylish it was! The choreography, camera work and action was perhaps the best in the franchise!
I'm also glad it was a self contained story too and isn't trying to set anything up. The Punisher + Spidey chemistry was peak.
I'd rank it alongside Spider-Man 2 as my joint favorite Spider-Man film with No Way Home being the exception because nothing will ever top that experience in the theatre.
The HLL Vietnam experience:
🙍 "I died"
🙎♂️ "where is he?"
🙍 "he's in the bush"
🙎♂️ "what bush?"
*friend dies
🔁 Repeat
Love that @thegameawards is now having the same YouTube livestream audio lag / desync issues myself and many others have been experiencing for months with no fix or helpful communication from @TeamYouTube
This was so preventative and now a global show with millions of live viewers is demonstrating the very issue we've been experiencing firsthand so maybe now they'll finally fix it 😅
*The only solution we've found from endless troubleshooting is to turn monetisation off completely in stream settings since the issue appears related to Ads buffering and failing to resync unless the viewer constantly hits refresh or toggles video quality.
The VOD from the livestream should be totally unaffected once the #SummerGameFest ends.
This NEVER happens. Time and time again, we see games get delayed but you've gotta love the confidence from WARDOGS playing the UNO reverse card and actually bringing their release forward!
They've already shown so much raw gameplay to settle any major performance concerns so I think gamers have more faith in this title than most.
Let's hope they can stick the landing!
Hell Let Loose: Vietnam delayed until August 13th after its initial June 18th release date. It's the right call and I hope we see some major improvements by then! 🤞
Hell Let Loose: Vietnam | Release Date Update 📆
"We would like to start by saying thank you to the more than 350k players who joined us throughout the Hell Let Loose: Vietnam Open Beta, as well as everyone who took the time to share their feedback with us.
Over the course of the weekend, we loved seeing your clips, screenshots, stories and discussions across social media, Discord, Reddit and our feedback survey. We were also thrilled to see so many of our War Correspondents, content creators and community members sharing their experiences with others.
We want Hell Let Loose: Vietnam to deliver the best possible experience for players on both PC and console. Following intensive internal testing, coupled with the open beta feedback, we've identified several areas where additional development time will allow us to deliver a stronger launch experience.
As a result, we have decided to delay the launch of Hell Let Loose: Vietnam to 13th August.
We know many of you have been patiently awaiting the next chapter in the Hell Let Loose franchise, and we do not take this decision lightly. However, we firmly believe that taking additional time now is the right choice for both the game and the community. We’d also like to thank you for your feedback across surveys, Discord, Reddit and beyond.
The additional development time will allow the team to focus on improving performance, stability and overall gameplay quality ahead of launch. We will continue to share updates on our progress in the coming weeks and provide further information as we move closer to release.
As always, you can continue to share your feedback through our social channels, the official Hell Let Loose Discord and our support page.
Thank you for your continued support. We look forward to deploying with you soon."
