本来富野さんいわくシャアが主人公になる予定で作ってたけどカミーユが主人公に変更されましたね。 それはエンニングのエンドロールに流れる声優字幕が答えです。 何故か1番上からシャアから表示されてる。 もしシナリオ変更されなければ逆襲のシャアは無かったかもしれない。

I find most recent Western fans of Gundam are only fans because it is one of the big anime titles. They have no major attachment to the franchise, which is why we get deconstruction videos talking about "how problematic this or that is" instead of people enjoying the anime for what it is. This then bleeds off into Gunpla; most people see the kits as toys and complain about "how poorly they handle." My guy, it's called a "model kit" Painting these kits is the best part of owning them. It even teaches you skill you may find useful later. Oh & Gunpla got me into photography.

The best way to never have this problem is to actually form some sort of attachment to the design of the model you’re building. Either that or actually put more effort than just the basic panel lining, trying to find ways to make the kit better always make the experience better.
