#PKM vs. #CRM for Strategic account management.
They might not call it a PKM, but every strategic account manager worth their salt has one.

Tried out @XnapperHQ from @tdinh_me on my favorite tweet of the week, which was from @fortelabs.
Very nicely thought-out tool!

Why does no one seem to be getting what a user really wants from a note-taking / #PKM tool?
A no-brainer note-taking UI with rich-text and calendar support, sitting on top of the best-in-class search engine one can find nowadays. That's it!

I find marketing to be harder to figure out than coding.
At least with coding, cause and effect is easier to observe, and robots are reliably consistent.
Marketing is coding with humans, messy, unpredictable humans.
Coding is waaay easier imo.

This is a terrible rule for someone with ADHD. I take notes on my laptop, phone and sticky notes because:
1. I'll lose anything that's a paper
2. I'll not read anything that I've written
3. When tired, I can't concentrate and write at the same time
