The FBI arrested Ian Brinksman and charged him with unlawfully transmitting national defense information.
Investigators traced over 800 calls between him and journalist Aida Chavez after he repeatedly accessed classified files inside secure CIA facilities.
The stolen intelligence exposed Israeli pressure to assassinate top Iranian negotiator Ghalibaf, secret plans for permanent U.S. military bases in Israel, and CIA assessments warning of internal civil conflict in Israel.
The ultimate irony is that Brinksman previously co-authored a paper on stopping millennial insider intelligence threats.
Now he faces YEARS in federal prison for becoming one.
