The Mercedes-Benz 190 E 2.5-16 Evolution II was developed with the DTM in mind, and this 1990 example has a particularly notable history. Retained by Mercedes-Benz when new, it was allocated to three-time DTM champion and AMG-Mercedes driver Klaus Ludwig for his personal use.
One of the earliest examples produced, it retains its matching-numbers 2.5-litre Cosworth engine and five-speed dog-leg gearbox. Having covered just 45,833 kilometres, it is accompanied by a letter from Ludwig confirming his ownership, alongside its factory Data Card, original order forms and Mercedes-Benz books and manuals.

The latest model unveiled at EICMA further evolves the “Total Control” for Track concept.
The 2027 CBR1000RR-R FIREBLADE SP is designed for two-up riding and features Öhlins electronically controlled suspension (SMART-EC).
Meanwhile, the 2027 CBR1000RR-R HRC WORKS EDITION is a single-rider model equipped with Brembo “Hypure Sports” brake calipers. It prioritizes speed on the racetrack with features such as CFRP front winglets, a front fender, and a rear duct cowl.
