As we bring the curtains down on the observance of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the Health Services Corps (HSC) of the Jamaica Defence provides these timely reminders.
The HSC urges all women to continue doing their breast self examinations, getting their health checks,
monitor their diets and incorporate physical activity in their routines.
Early detection is your best chance of survival.

MISSION: PINK RUN
The Jamaica Defence Force Team joined scores of patrons in supporting the Jamaica Reach to Recovery Pink Run in New Kingston this morning.
This is the second run of this nature for the JDF in recent weeks and it is a constant fixture on the Force’s sporting
calendar as we endorse the national thrust towards an active and healthy lifestyle while supporting our brothers and sisters whose lives have been affected by breast cancer.
As we approach the end of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the JDF encourages everyone to do his or her
part to support our fellow citizens and country in the fight against this disease.
Here are the highlights.
