Before I ask claude to edit my videos, I get it to study the kind of videos i actually like.
I give it an x page and let it find the posts that did better than the page's usual numbers, then break down the hooks, cuts, pacing and sound
for my launch video skill, it analysed 706 videos.
I did the same for my talking heads, so now i have skills i can give claude alongside my raw footage.
My last edit went from a 1:39 raw clip to a finished 52s video with captions, motion and sound effects
I didn't have to open capcut or cut the video myself.
