The fact that $OPEN is not tanking after hours probably is indicative of the bottom being in at or around current levels (+/- 5-10%).
I am somewhat bothered that there is no contribution margin guide as that has been such a critical measurement for the team over the last 12 months. The 12-month go forward Adjusted Net Income is now the financial metric firmly front and center.
All that said...I remain LONG. I believe in @nejatian and I believe he will succeed in this turnaround.

I’ve been vocal about $OPEN since August.
The stock has fallen from roughly $4 to $1.91 today. I’ve averaged down along the way, but this has certainly been no fun.
The chart is downright ugly. Down 15 of the last 17 weeks. RSI at record lows. The shorts have been winning. No question.
But I’ve run a turnaround, and this is what the middle to late stages can look like.
Revenue shrinks intentionally while you fix the unit economics. Q2 adjusted EBITDA was nearly breakeven at negative $4M. Acquisition contracts are now up roughly 100% YoY, while resale closings are up more than 40%.
Ask yourself this: without the extreme interest rate environment of the past six months, would this picture look different?
The stock is priced like the business is breaking, but the operating data screams it’s rebuilding.
@nejatian’s November 5 update should tell us a lot.
My expectations for the quarter itself are low. My expectations for what Kaz says about where this is going are much higher.
