Winner of the worst customer service @tu_clothing. I placed an order on the 14th October, delivery scheduled before 27th October. I’ve been told since last saturday it will be delivered in the next 24 hours. Still waiting and no real update- team says different things every day.

Really bad service, you would expect a company like @SportsDirectUK to have a better control of their deliveries & third parties Evri. Especially if they are informed of about the issue. But instead Evri doesn’t do what they have been asked to do & I loose my money & & my time!

J’utilise Uber depuis plusieurs années maintenant je connais le concept de uber cash ou je peux créditer de l’argent sur mon compte mais jamais on m’a demandé de payé ma course en espèce avant.

@EurostarUK Hi, I’ve a booking this Saturday & our seats have been changed. Now my husband & I will be seated next to two strangers instead of being together. Not very sensible considering you should be doing your best to social distance & minimise the risk to passengers.
