OK @Citi, the general cust srvce number is clueless about your mortgage products, and the dedicated team is closed! I can see why you’ve sold the business, this is so bad I’m thinking of changing everything to a new bank.

Wow @citi, you’re HELOC product is a nightmare. Aftger nothing but problems, to close the account you have to fax a letter, but the fax is always busy. Mailed it, still not recieved. Had a branch fax it, but it still isn’t closed. And I have 5 accts with Citibank. In 2018!
