Season 4 is upon us, and I can’t help but think about how fast time flies. It feels like just yesterday these young men were walking through our doors as freshmen, and now they’re entering their senior season. Before anyone judges a coach based solely on wins and losses, understand that this is about so much more than football. Over the past four years, my coaching staff and I have been there to help these young men through challenges both in and out of school. We have helped keep them on the right path, served as mentors, been someone they could vent to, and worked through problems with them when they felt like no one else was listening. Watching them grow into the young men they are today has been one of the greatest blessings of my coaching career. This season isn’t just another football season to me it’s the final chapter of a journey we’ve been on together, and I know it will be one to remember. A special thank you to Bill Smith for providing our new uniforms. Your guidance has been greatly appreciated and our players are excited to represent our community with pride. Thank you @HelmetMissouri for the great decals! And a special thank you Donny Flicks for taking these photos and to the silvers for allowing us to use your mansion. The boys will never forget this. Here’s to one more season with this special group. Let’s make it count‼️⚔️ “COACH A”
