🚨🗣️| John Terry reacts to Noni Madueke’s comments on why he left Chelsea
“It is disappointing to hear comments like that, honestly.
You are talking about Chelsea like you carried the club on your back when, if we are being real, your impact was not even that big.
Three goal contributions and suddenly you want to talk like Chelsea was holding you back? Come on.
At Chelsea, players fought for the badge, respected the club, and earned the right to speak. You do your talking on the pitch first.
If you found success elsewhere, good for you, but there is no need to disrespect the club that gave you the platform.
For me, it is a shame seeing players with so little impact make so much noise after leaving.”
🚨🎙️Noni Madueke:
Noni Madueke: “Of course I did, that’s exactly why I came so quickly.
I saw a club with patience, ambition, and a manager trusted to build something long-term. That’s very important for players who actually want to improve and compete for major trophies, I can’t say same for Chelsea. That team is confused right now
If I stayed where I was, maybe I’d still be fighting for top four and hearing people talk about ‘next season’ again. I’d probably miss Europe”

You get to a level where this becomes a norm and nobody is even talking about it.
Harry Kane’s standards are out of this world.

No one who hasn't been a goalkeeper can understand how difficult it is to play in this position.
Keep your head up and you will go again.
