You're bad at math, @MrKilroi! Toronto has a population of 2.8M. 47 councillors is approx. 60k:1 - 25 councillors would mean 112k:1. It's pretty simple math really. But I get it... it's a much bigger gap than you're willing to admit so who needs facts?
