No one on the 49ers is thrilled with Brandon Aiyuk returning, but the reality is they could use, dare I say, NEED, Aiyuk.
Even if they'll never admit it. ⬇️⬇️⬇️

As expected, Mike Evans and two other 49ers will be OUT against the Raiders.
The bright side is that they're getting two KEY players back. ⬇️⬇️

Guarantee you Kyle SNAPS today. Snarky Kyle hasn’t appeared this year yet.
#49ers are wrapping up Friday practice right now. Kyle Shanahan will hold his usual post practice presser right after that.
Luckily @grantcohn is on the job

Grant is on a generational run this season, unlike the hack at San Francisco Standard.
Topuria will do WHAT??
Ilia Topuria goes OFF on Paddy Pimblett and says he would "dominate him comfortably" 😳
"I'll eat him up like the sausage he is. With that head of his, just throw a punch in his direction and you'll hit him.
He's someone you can dominate. You can dominate him comfortably. He has a sausage body and thinks being big will give him an advantage.
What are you going to do? Fight me on the feet? He's not like Justin. Justin is a dog. Paddy has absolutely nothing.
Paddy doesn't have a punch that puts you to sleep. Paddy doesn't have unexpected takedowns. Paddy doesn't have submissions out of nowhere. Paddy is very predictable. You can see everything he's trying to do."

THANK GOD the 49ers let Mike Evans play against the 1-3-1 Commanders on an already sore Achilles. Well worth the risk.
Before John Lynch said it was "probably likely" Mike Evans wouldn't play Sunday, he said something far more revealing about his status that made it clear: He isn't playing Sunday or, perhaps, in the near future.

I think one of them is @grantcohn
Considering how much 49ers fans “hate” Brandon Aiyuk, they sure do love to engage on any little thing about him lol

Veteran WR Brandon Aiyuk owes the 49ers roughly $13 million in bonus forfeiture — a potential complication in his efforts to secure his release by reporting to the facility Friday.
The NFL Management Council and the NFL Players Association are both involved in attempting to resolve the situation. The sides could reach an agreement to pay back the money, or it could go to arbitration. But it’s complicated and may take time to resolve.
