Been coaching for a while, and this hits right in the nose! Teams leadership starts at the top and it should reflect down to the last player on the team. Leaders take responsibility for the team and makes everyone feel part of the team. Never make players feel left out!
Now that season has started for us, we start off on a great note!! Coaching is a privilege, knowing your players and bringing the best out of them to showcase on the field!!! Congratulations to our catcher Xoie on hitting the first bomb on the first pitch!!! Way to be aggressive!
Wishing our Rally STX-SoCO alumni Malia a very happy 19th birthday!!! Have a wonderful day on your birthday!!
Got the opportunity to come out with these two athletes and do some hitting on a beautiful Colorado day! This old dog learned new tricks from these ladies that we will incorporate into our Rally club practices. Looking forward to Spring 2024!!! #BrandEm #GoThunderwolves
