If you know our #WolfsonRehab teams, you know they go ALL OUT for every holiday, spirit week or any excuse to dress up! 🎃👻
And they NEVER do anything halfway — especially when it comes to helping our #WolfsonWarriors reach their goals! 💙 From physical and occupational therapy to speech-language therapy, these teams help kids build skills, overcome challenges and celebrate milestones, one step (or word, or bite!) at a time.
Halloween costumes? 10/10. Helping kids do what kids do best? Even better. 🧡
Happy Halloween from all our Wolfson Rehab crews! 🦇 Can you guess what each team is?

High blood pressure is the leading risk factor for stroke. Nearly half of American adults have high blood pressure, and many don’t know it. Getting your blood pressure checked is an important step toward understanding your risk. Talk with your health care professional about your numbers.

On #NationalFirstRespondersDay, we thank the men & women who are there for us in moments of crisis. Mental health is just as important for those who respond to the crisis as it is for those experiencing it. Treatment can help first responders process trauma & build resilience.

We embrace innovation at Baptist Health because it helps us provide our patients with the best possible care. Our Center for Professional Excellence recently welcomed two new advanced simulation manikins named Perry and Parker to the Life Support Center to help elevate our training. 🩺
These manikins have realistic anatomy and responsive physiology, creating an authentic experience that mirrors real-life patient care. They also provide real-time feedback and data on performance and interventions to help our team recognize what they’re doing well and where they can improve. Ultimately, Perry and Parker enable our team members to gain the confidence and skills necessary to perform in any scenario. 💙
These lifelike manikins let us perform simulations that ensure our team is fully prepared to respond when real-world emergencies arise.
Given that Perry and Parker are so realistic, we thought they needed a backstory, but we need your help! Tell us what you think Perry and Parker's story is in the comments!
We'll give you a head start:
Perry: The strong, silent type who handles procedures without a sound. Perry believes in basic decency, that family is the most important thing and that he's honored to help our team.
Parker: A jokester with a great sense of humor, Parker keeps us in stitches while we stitch him up. He takes his responsibilities seriously though, and has helped our team on many occasions.
Your turn! 💙

What happens when neuroscience, psychology and magic take the stage? An evening full of fascinating discoveries, unexpected illusions and a whole new way of looking at the brain. 🧠✨
Thank you to everyone who joined Baptist Health for an unforgettable Farthing Lecture Series event featuring internationally recognized neuroscientists Stephen Macknik, PhD, and Susana Martinez-Conde, PhD.
Together, they explored how attention and perception shape the way we experience the world - and revealed the surprising science behind some of the magic we see along the way. 🌎
We’re grateful to everyone who joined us for an evening of discovery, connection and a little illusion!
Established by Linda and Bill Farthing in 2015, the Farthing Lecture Series advances neurological health and innovation through educational programs for our community and Baptist Health team members. The series is made possible through philanthropic support.
