Not true. Packers are sold out on a season-ticket basis. Hence the 100K+ people on the wait list.
These are secondary market tix. No different than if you bought tickets and decided not to go for whatever reason. It's still considered a sell out. Not every ticket is always used.
There is a real chance the Green Bay Packers 66-year sellout streak ends tonight.
There are currently about ~700 seats still available on Ticketmaster, with the cheapest priced at $227.
Meanwhile, the get-in price on resale has fallen to around $100.
Most of the remaining primary tickets are nosebleeds at the top of the 700 level (pictured), though plenty are scattered throughout the stadium.
At the current prices, there is no chance these will sell through naturally to fans (less than ~50 have sold in the last ~48 hours). Either the Packers fire-sale them to below $100, or they get "sold" another way such as through a corporate partner, or you can stick a fork in one of the longest sellout streaks in American sports.

Adam Stenavich says Matthew Golden has "been on fire" the last few weeks for the Packers.
"How he's burning routes with the violence he's had, great hands, all that stuff," he said. "It's been cool to watch him go out there against probably the best corner in the NFL and do what he did. It's very encouraging."
