New annual contribution maximums are $3,400 for Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and $7,500 for Dependent Care Accounts. Employees must re-enroll to continue FSA contributions. Colonial benefits offered on a guaranteed issue basis include Accident, Critical Illness with Cancer, Medical Bridge, Disability, Individual Term Life, and Whole Life. Employees are encouraged to review their benefit options and enroll before the deadline.
