Day 69/69 - The Passage of Time. An AM to PM timelapse. Today was the last day of the "Money is a Scam" project. As I've explained in previous posts, my perspective has shifted, and I now recognize $PORK as the genuine evolution of the PEPE movement. However, staying true to my initial commitment, I thought it was important to conclude this project in the manner I originally described—wholeheartedly representing $PEPE. It isn't difficult going out into public and holding a sign, but what does become challenging is doing it every day and not missing a single one. Today, as I reflect on the past couple of months, I feel a profound sense of accomplishment. Everyone who's supported me with kind words, likes, and shares—thank you so much!! Brightening up your Twitter feed has been a gratifying experience and I sincerely appreciate everything you guys have done for me. You guys seriously rock!! But also, for those who might feel a bit puzzled by my shift from $PEPE to $PORK, let me say this: the value of these tokens lies in the community backing them. While $PORK might not be a technical fork, it's undoubtedly a community fork. My belief is that $PEPE's success requires the original team to fully step aside, and it doesn't appear they are prepared to do this. $PORK preserves Pepe as a meme; it was both Pepe and the community that brought us here. The specific smart contract is secondary. This is my opinion, and if you disagree, I hope you can at least be respectful about it. I'm looking forward to working on new $PORK related projects, as well as my own non-Pepe related art projects, moving forward. As for another 69-day campaign for $PORK? I'm undecided, but if my heart and the community are behind it, who knows? 🐷👀 lol Last, a HUGE shoutout to two people, @Skimmingderby1, who makes a several cameos in this video 🐷, and Josh Rosner. You guys both rock. As I've mentioned, I'll be releasing a 1/1 NFT for this project tomorrow at 4:20 pm EST, with a 69-hour auction window. NFTs embody provenance, so if you see my 69-day performance as art and want to own this record on the blockchain, consider bidding.
