If we jump on things & do them right the first time, it saves us from doing it again, & from wasting time that we can’t get back. Attention to detail & initiative (not just when we want to) are valuable skills that lead to success. At home, on the court/field, or on the job.

There has not been much discussion about the give away to farmers portion of the Governor’s tax scheme. Do we know how it works yet? And, why farmers and not teachers, nurses etc?

Wow what a comment for 2015. Can this guy see the future?
In retrospect Sandy Hook marked the end of the US gun control debate. Once America decided killing children was bearable, it was over.
Sad is the day when I am able to say 'Oh, we have a supt who worked through an elementary massacre; let's connect them.' before I can say that we, as a nation, can ensure the very basic need of physical safety for students.

If Missouri taxpayers are going to fund private schools then charter schools should have to admit every student in their area, provide transportation, test every student, provide accommodations for all students with disabilities. #SaveOurPublicSchools #MOLEG

The #1 problem we're facing is the loss of connection. There is no substitute for face to face interactions with people that care about us.

Too often when we talk about the health of our force, we tend to overlook mental health and healing. We must fight to stop the stigma — and do all we can to help our servicemembers, veterans, and their families heal wounds that are not so easy to see. #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth

Missouri is ranked 50th in the nation for teacher pay. It isn’t a lack of money, it is a lack of political will. Shameful.

George Lombardi walked the toughest beat in law enforcement as DOC director. He and his team changed thousands of lives for the better. Tough, fair, compassionate and infectiously humorous at all times. George served a higher calling.

Our new bus has arrived! It will be used for trips. Our ESSER funds have allowed us to free up funds to purchase this bus. This bus replaces a 2007 bus. #PHSBuilding
