Dear Kyambogo University students,
Let’s give the 22nd guild government their flowers.

I’ve tried switching to modern, clean energy options like gas cookers and pressure cookers, but they just can’t compete.
Food cooked over a traditional charcoal or firewood flame simply tastes better, richer, and more authentic.
Who else is in agreement with me?✋🏾🙋🏿♀️
This morning, I joined the people of Ngogwe Arcdeaconry at Nangunga church of Uganda health Centre II in Mukono Diocese for a community health outreach.
This is yet another valuable opportunity to connect with community members, share information and create awareness about clefts
A big thank-you to this referee who officiated the match between Pakwach Young Stars and Kiyanda Boys at Betham Stadium-Kiwenda.
Even though PYS didn’t get the result we hoped for, we truly appreciate the fairness, confidence, and professionalism you brought to the game.

Our boys, Our team.
Hard luck boys, you had a wonderful display regardless of the match result.

Yes, a cleft can be treated.
Surgery is just the start. Speech therapy, nutrition and follow-up care all help a child grow up healthy and happy.

Who still uses these clay pots and pans for cooking food?
You can only get them in Nravur-Nebbi District.

Teachers play a vital role in building confidence and championing inclusion. 📚
This World Teachers’ Day, we’re sharing the inspiring story of Ferdinand and his teacher, Ravaoarisoa, in Madagascar.
When Ferdinand experienced bullying because of his cleft, Ravaoarisoa immediately stepped in to teach her class about inclusion. By creating a supportive environment, she helped Ferdinand thrive in the classroom and make friends.
"My students are like my own children," she said. "Each one deserves to feel welcome. No one should be left out. As I tell them, we are all from the same place, like branches from the same tree. Now, when I see Ferdinand’s smile every day, I can tell he and his classmates believe that, too."

At 70+ years he can still run and support the church.
There is you who sleeps in a bar and can’t even walk for 30 minutes.
Earlier this morning, we joined our fellow Anglican Christian’s at MUKONO for the cathedral run.
It was such a blessing to see both young and older people come through for this common cause.
To me this wasn’t just a run, it was a health preventive measure to certain diseases.
Today is world smile day. Kindly join us and the rest of the world by telling us what makes you smile.

According to you, why do you think people add Paracetamol or what we call Panadol to foods like meat, beans, and Molokony while cooking??
If you want to see how crazy Ugandans are, just talk about their food and dietary choices.😂😂
Good morning @drkasenene
