When cholesterol was demonised, Pfizer sold the statin, and it became the best-selling drug in the history of medicine. When fat was demonised, Roche sold a pill that stops you absorbing it, and the side effect was printed on the box in a way nobody forgets. When salt was demonised, the blood pressure tablet went on repeat prescription for a third of the over-50s. When the sun was demonised, the chemist sold vitamin D in a bottle, for the hormone your skin had been making for free. When liver was demonised, the chemist sold retinol, iron, copper and B12 in four separate bottles. When eggs were demonised, the chemist sold choline, and nobody in the queue knew what it was for. When red meat was demonised, the gym sold creatine and the chemist sold iron. When butter was demonised, the chemist sold vitamin K2 for the arteries, which is what the butter had been doing. When hunger was demonised, the pharmacist sold an injection to stop you feeling it, at £200 a month, for life. Every nutrient the animal carried was declared dangerous, removed, and sold back as a molecule by a company that could patent the molecule and could not patent the cow. The food did a dozen jobs in one bite. The pharmacy sells each job separately, with a repeat prescription and a side effect. The animal never had a sales rep. That is the only thing it was ever missing.

I do. It's actually a really simple answer. Kids can understand it. I'll tell you the story now so you can be ready when you finally have grandkids, Mario Awful. For decades, Israelis tried to work with the Gazans, believing the impossible: that people who have declared that they want nothing more than to have Israel destroyed and Jews killed might be able to be persuaded to be friends by giving them land, money, resources, opportunities, and an infinite amount of patience. During those decades, huge amounts of humanitarian aid was sent to the Gaza Strip, which they used to militarize and to spend many years planning a savage surprise attack against the people helping them. Almost everyone in the world took up their cause, even many Israelis who lived right next door, even though the Gazans were taking advantage of all that help. They were offered everything but wouldn't accept it because all they wanted was Israel to be destroyed and Jews to be driven out or, preferably, dead. They were so fixated on that goal that nothing else mattered, and nothing else was good enough. They even used water pipes to build rockets and dug terror tunnels under their city and deep into Israeli territory to prepare for a surprise war. On an important Jewish holiday and their sabbath, the Gazans sprung their surprise attack. That was October 7, 2023. They launched over a thousand rockets at 6:30 am. The Israelis heard the sirens and knew they only had seconds to hide in their shelters from these attacks. By the way, every Israeli house has a bomb shelter in it because these kinds of attacks are so frequent. Also, every Israeli adult and child, little boys and little girls, knows from as soon as they can walk that when the sirens sound to go to the shelter because it is so important and so common. As the Israelis went, exhausted and sleepy, to their shelters to hide from the rocket attack, the Gazans sent a large armed force across the fence into Israel to do the most heinous things to the Israelis that you can imagine. Over a thousand were murdered. Things so horrible you cannot describe them to children happened everywhere. The Gazans celebrated and filmed themselves and put it on the internet, bragging and boasting about unimaginable horrors and murders. They dragged Israelis, including women, children, and babies and dead bodies, into their terror city and terror tunnels and started abusing and killing them slowly, using them and their corpses as collateral against the Israeli people and military. This lasted for over two years, with the last hostage's remains returned at the end of January 2026 after being taken in October 2023. The scale and nature of this attack is so horrific that it cannot be described politely, but its true evil wasn't just in the barbarity of its forces, which did unspeakable things to completely innocent men, women, and children everywhere they went, including many who openly supported them for years, but in how they took advantage of the trust and help they were given to do it. Gazans had spent years exploiting the goodwill of Israelis in the Gaza Envelope to gather intelligence, working as gardeners, housekeepers, taxi drivers, etc., to gather detailed intelligence of the neighborhoods and homes they would systematically attack starting on October 7. So many Israelis were betrayed at their trust and goodwill toward the Gazans, and by it. While they hid from those rockets in their shelters, Hamas terrorists systematically went through the carefully mapped streets of their neighborhoods, broke into houses, and shot them dead through the doors of their shelters, or crashed in through the walls from the outside using their own farming equipment to do it. Hamas terrorists knew the Israelis would be hiding from the rockets and knew where they'd be hiding, and they murdered them while they hid, deliberately, planned out in advance and for years. These people weren't just Israelis or Jews. They were innocents. In fact, as far as it goes, many of them were the greatest champions for the Gazans in Israel. Didn't matter. They were Israelis. They were Jews. They had to die in the most horrible ways you can think of. They had to be desecrated. They had to be taken hostage. It all had to be celebrated on video streamed live onto the internet to excite their radical friends around the region and the world. The horror is actually incomprehensible. Had this happened to Americans in the United States from one of its neighbors, the response Americans would have demanded cannot actually be comprehended. I stand in awe at how restrained and cautious and decent and good the Israelis have been, and it is to my slight embarrassment knowing that our own people, our own forces, wouldn't have managed a fraction of that decency, however much we would match the unparalleled effectiveness of these operations. That is, Mario Awful, I don't f*cking want to hear it, and neither do your grandkids. Respect them enough not to soil their minds with these lies, which are so evil that Hell itself would be slightly embarrassed to spread them. So, when Israel realized what had happened to them, what was still happening to them, how their trust, support, and patience had been taken advantage of in the nastiest and cruelest way human beings can possibly imagine, for zero good reasons and only unbelievably evil ones, they set out to make sure it would never happen again. They started a war of rescue and to end the military capacities of the Gazans, who were and still are governed by a radical terrorist group that even has in their charter that they want every Israeli driven out and every Jew that can be killed dead. Israel waged a patient war with the highest accuracy rate of any in the entire history of urban warfare, taking great pains and many casualties to spare innocent life, even when that innocent life openly supports the terror regime that governs them and wants them dead. The Gazans, however, had spent decades turning their entire city into a hidden military fortress, hiding weapons, entrances to terror tunnels, command centers, and every conceivable military target within civilian neighborhoods, including even homes, schools, hospitals, and houses of worship. Israel did what it had to do as carefully as it could be done. The devastation you see is the result of the evil of Hamas and the Gazans who support it having spent decades organizing their city to become a vast, sprawling military installation. The Gazans and their terrorist leaders took this organizational approach specifically for two reasons. One was to deter Israel from ever attacking or disabling their military installations at all. Even when the devastation seen here, that remained the case. Israel took great pains to minimize, including casualties, including complicated legal approvals, including warning both civilians and combatants in Gaza of incoming attacks against the installations, trying to save all innocent (and a lot of not-so-innocent) life. Another was to produce this propaganda, which Mario Awful, after having his account built to giant size by @elonmusk himself, spreads and promotes with foolish emotion-driven emojis and devastating lies of omission of these facts. Even as Israel dismantled the entire military capacity of Gaza bit by bit (which is what you see in the video here), they sent aid: more food, medicine, and other supplies than have ever been sent to a population controlled by an enemy military in the history of warfare, period. The terrorist leaders leveraged every bit of it against them, stealing it and starving their own people, creating propaganda campaigns about genocide and forced starvation, and even building more rockets out of raw materials including water pipes, which they then fired at Israel. Bit by bit, Israel dismantled as much of their military apparatus as they could and rescued or recovered all of their hostages, including among them Americans. The result is what you see. The result you see below is the most painstakingly moderate response a decent human being of even the slightest comprehension could possibly imagine, and yet that's what the Israelis have accomplished in Gaza. And they accomplished it while the world hated them for it, scrutinized everything not just for any legitimate breaches of perfection but for a litany of illegitimate accusations of things so voluminous that they could not even be recorded, except that they were in the relentless propaganda of social media, the global enemy propaganda channels, and even the mainstream press, almost all amplified and repeated by even allegedly good, decent conservatives who found these lies a perfect reason either to reveal their underlying but hidden hatred for Jews or to turn to that evil on false pretenses you are promoting, even now, even today. So when you sit down to tell your grandkids how humanity allowed Gaza to happen, tell them the real story. Humanity allowed Gaza to become a terrorist militarized city openly dedicated to the destruction of Israel and the murder and desecration of Jews and Jewish bodies by believing in some asinine humanitarian concept that defies all logic. It happened by creating a global political situation that, for reasons of Communist political correctness and soft-hearted and softer-headed compassion, refused to believe the simple reality of the situation. It happened because this delusion and misplaced trust persisted for decades while Hamas and its supporters turned Gaza into a terrorist military outpost that would simply have to be destroyed sooner or later, and then they pulled that trigger on themselves in the most obvious way possible on October 7, 2023, which stands as one of the darkest days of the last century. Humanity allowed Gaza to happen because it wouldn't take Hamas at its word. Humanity allowed Gaza to happen because it lied to itself for decades about the nature of the Islamic currents that motivate Hamas and "Palestinianism" more broadly. Humanity allowed Gaza to happen because it wouldn't address a problem correctly from the beginning, not least because it was terrified of being called racist and refused, nobly but stupidly, that human beings could be led by ideology and religion to the depths of evil and depravity that had captured the Gazans. Humanity allowed Gaza to happen, that is, because it refused to take Gazans at their word. Israel, starting in late 2023, finally woke up in the worst way possible to the need to STOP LETTING GAZA HAPPEN, the result of which your video depicts and the truth and moral of which you, like a demon, invert.
Years from now, my grandkids will ask me how humanity allowed Gaza to happen. I still don’t have an answer for them 💔 xitter.cf/mhmd_s09/status/209257…

In response to the clip going around with the African lady saying 'WHAT WHITE CULTURE!?!' Because I can explain it in more detail than anyone else... here are the main things that create western civilisation. The principle, the law of nature that is an adaptation to and what operation it creates in our civilisation. THE WESTERN CIVILISATION STACK Western civilisation can be understood as a set of adaptations to the laws of nature that allow millions of people to cooperate, solve problems and innovate together. 1. SOVEREIGNTY — Let people act. Law of nature: Knowledge and ability are distributed among individuals. No ruler or institution can know everything everyone knows. Sovereignty gives people freedom to choose, experiment and solve problems for themselves. That creates millions of independent problem-solvers instead of waiting for one authority to find the answer. 2. RECIPROCITY — Don’t impose your costs on others. Law of nature: Cooperation survives when it benefits both sides. Freedom cannot mean freedom to steal, defraud, injure or force others to carry your costs. Reciprocity means pursuing your interests while respecting the same right in others. It turns conflict into cooperation and makes peaceful life among strangers possible. 3. RESPONSIBILITY — Make people accountable for consequences. Law of nature: Every action produces consequences. Freedom works when the person making a decision also bears responsibility for its results. When people can keep the benefits of their choices while forcing the costs onto others, cooperation breaks down. Responsibility reconnects choice with consequence. 4. PROPERTY — Make control and consequences clear. Law of nature: Resources are scarce and cannot satisfy every competing use at once. Property establishes who controls something, who may use or exchange it, and who bears the consequences of those decisions. That reduces conflict, encourages people to improve what they possess, and makes investment and long-term planning possible. 5. TRUTH — Correct error faster than reality punishes you for it. Law of nature: Reality does not change because we believe something false. Truthful testimony, open criticism and evidence allow people to discover mistakes before those mistakes become catastrophes. A civilisation that can criticize and correct itself can learn faster than one that protects comforting falsehoods. 6. CONTRACT — Make cooperation possible across time. Law of nature: Cooperation requires predictable future behaviour. Promises backed by reputation and law allow strangers to trust one another enough to cooperate. Contract lets one person invest today because another can credibly promise performance tomorrow. That makes enormous networks of specialization, trade and investment possible. 7. RULE OF LAW — Replace arbitrary power with predictable rules. Law of nature: People have conflicting interests, and power creates opportunities for predation. Law provides a common procedure for resolving disputes without violence or personal rule. When rulers and citizens are both constrained by known rules, people can cooperate, invest and experiment without constantly fearing arbitrary interference. 8. DUE PROCESS — Test accusations instead of trusting authority. Law of nature: Human beings are biased, mistaken and sometimes dishonest. An accusation is not proof. Evidence, defense, confrontation, impartial judgment and appeal create an adversarial process for discovering error. Due process protects both society from wrongdoing and individuals from arbitrary punishment. 9. DECENTRALISATION — Let many solutions compete. Law of nature: No one knows in advance which adaptation will work best. Families, firms, towns, institutions and governments can try different solutions to different problems. Failures can remain local while successful solutions spread. Decentralisation therefore turns society itself into a continuous experiment. 10. MARKETS — Let reality select among competing solutions. Law of nature: Evolution advances through variation, selection and retention. Markets allow people to try different products, services and ways of organising resources. People select among them through voluntary choice. Successful solutions attract resources; unsuccessful ones disappear or improve. Markets turn millions of choices into continuous social learning. 11. SPECIALISATION — Let differences become advantages. Law of nature: People differ in knowledge, ability, resources and circumstances. Instead of everyone doing everything badly, specialization lets people become exceptionally good at different things and exchange the results. Cooperation converts human differences from a source of conflict into a source of increasing productivity. 12. SCIENCE — Institutionalise error correction. Law of nature: A false model eventually fails when tested against reality. Science turns doubt into a productive institution: observe, propose, test, criticize, replicate and correct. Knowledge therefore does not have to depend upon authority or tradition. Every generation can discover where the previous generation was wrong and build upon what it got right. 13. CAPITAL — Preserve successful adaptations. Law of nature: Progress compounds only when successful adaptations survive. Tools, businesses, infrastructure, institutions and knowledge allow yesterday’s successful experiments to become tomorrow’s starting point. Each generation does not begin again from zero. It inherits accumulated solutions and adds another layer. 14. EDUCATION — Transfer accumulated knowledge between generations. Law of nature: Individuals die; knowledge does not have to. Writing, schools, apprenticeships and universities allow discoveries to survive their discoverers. Instead of every generation rediscovering mathematics, engineering, medicine and law, it begins with thousands of years of accumulated learning. 15. COMMONS — Build things that make everyone more capable. Law of nature: Cooperation can produce benefits no individual could produce alone. Courts, roads, standards, security, scientific knowledge, infrastructure and trustworthy institutions multiply everyone's ability to act. A successful civilisation does more than protect private interests: it continually creates shared capital that makes future cooperation cheaper and more productive. THE RESULT These principles form a system: Sovereignty creates experimentation. Reciprocity makes it peaceful. Responsibility makes it sustainable. Property makes interests clear. Truth corrects error. Contract creates trust across time. Law suppresses predation. Decentralisation preserves alternatives. Markets select successful solutions. Specialisation multiplies productivity. Science accelerates discovery. Capital preserves what works. Education transmits it. Commons multiply everyone's capabilities. That is the deeper logic of the Western stack: Stable rules + distributed freedom + relentless error correction = cooperation at scale and accelerating innovation.

Carney loves his staged photo-ops...as do most politicians. But will he ever reach this level of narcissism? Trudeau got a second photographer to take a picture of his personal photographer taking a picture of him signing a picture of himself in a book about himself.

Setting aside that “tax the rich” is already a shameless demand to live off someone else’s earnings, the slogan becomes even more absurd once you realize high earners already pay a disproportionate share of taxes. Yet somehow every government failure is blamed on the people funding it rather than the politicians spending it. The result is endless misallocation, waste, and policies that often hurt the poor and vulnerable they supposedly exist to help followed, inevitably, by demands for still more money. That’s what happens when a movement becomes less interested in lifting up the poor than cutting down the successful.

Notice how the liberals claim Canada has the fastest growing economy in the G7? That is based on ONE quarter of GPD increase projected out to a full year. It's particularly deceitful because three of the last four quarters were negative, also called a recession.

Data centers done right are lowering electricity bills, while adding jobs and enormous amounts of tax revenue: "In North Dakota, households near one new data center campus are expecting their electric bills to drop by about $250 a year. Oracle’s data center in Michigan will fund 1,383 megawatts of grid batteries, and the company will make minimum payments whether it uses the energy or not. The deal is projected to save existing customers $300 million, and will allow the utility to pause rate increases for two years. In Georgia, a similar agreement will see rates frozen through 2028, at which point residential customers are expected to see $102 in annual savings. washingtonpost.com/opinions/…

“He ran on getting a deal done with Trump. He then walked away & lied about it. He was given a minority government. So he manufactured a majority. We paid $6.4 billion for a bridge. He gives away half of the revenues. He & his MPs then blatantly lie to Canadians. He then blames it on his hat. His cabinet ministers resign. He says they’re only good for votes. We ask him for updates on a major key issue. He says “Who cares?” He has Canadians to address. Instead, he flies to Europe to make a speech. Parliament, is a key pillar of our democracy. He disrespects it by barely attending. He brags about billion dollar commitments. Then says there’s no projects to invest in. He creates an office to fast track projects. But announces already approved projects. He announces billion dollar commitments. They happen to go to his “close friend.” He says we have to make sacrifices. Then gives billions to other countries. He tells us to judge him by the prices of groceries. They continue to get more expensive. He speaks of fiscal responsibility. Then delivers the biggest debt in history (outside of COVID). I’m supposed to perform the obligatory little ritual now and pretend both versions of this trade debacle deserve equal credibility. I don’t... I believe the Americans. Not because they’re American. Not because politicians suddenly became trustworthy. And certainly not because Donald Trump has been canonized. I believe them because the American account increasingly makes more sense. Greer, Lutnick and Bessent have spoken openly and specifically about what happened. Their accounts have been remarkably consistent. They can discuss the negotiations like people who were actually involved in them, without appearing terrified that an unsupervised adjective might escape and without a teleprompter. Meanwhile, what do Canadians get from our own government? Carefully sterilized language. Vague explanations. Missing specifics. Scripted talking points. Every sentence apparently passed through enough communications people and lawyers to remove any detectable trace of information. We’re being kept in the dark like bloody mushrooms while learning more about Canada’s own trade negotiations from American officials and American media than from the Canadian government supposedly representing us. And somehow we’re not supposed to notice how politically convenient the Canadian version is. We got: 👉🏻 Trump was unreasonable. 👉🏻 Trump changed the deal. 👉🏻 Trump threatened our sovereignty. 👉🏻 Trump forced Canada to walk away. Trump. Trump. Trump. Just keep Canadians sufficiently pissed off at Donald Trump and perhaps nobody asks the considerably more inconvenient question: ❓️ What exactly did Mark Carney walk away from, and why? Because after the Gordie Howe Bridge fiasco, I’m fresh out of complimentary benefit of the doubt. And here’s the part that absolutely reeks, discrediting any appearance of truth told by the liar in chief #MarkCarney... If Carney possesses documentary evidence proving Trump suddenly dumped outrageous, unacceptable demands onto Canada at the eleventh hour, where the hell is it? Seriously. Think about what that evidence would be worth politically. IF Carney had a piece of paper proving Donald Trump screwed Canada, blindsided our negotiators and forced our heroic prime minister to stand up, pound the table and walk away, the Liberal machine wouldn’t quietly tuck that document into a filing cabinet. Are you kidding me? ▪︎ They’d wallpaper Ottawa with the damn thing. ▪︎ They’d hold press conferences about it. ▪︎ They’d wave it around in Parliament. ▪︎ They’d quote it in fundraising emails. ▪︎ They’d buy ads with it. Every friendly pundit in the country would have a laminated copy by breakfast. CBC would probably commission a twelve-part documentary and an interpretive dance. It would be political rocket fuel. Carney could point directly at the evidence and say, See? I stood up to Trump. And considering how desperately this government wants Canadians angry at Trump, they would squeeze every last political drop out of it. Instead, we get: - Words. - Trust us. - Trump did it. - Don't worry about the details. - Just keep your elbows up and direct your anger toward the orange man south of the border. How extraordinarily convenient. And while Canada spends years shrieking about foreign interference, demanding security clearances for opposition leaders and warning us about other countries trying to influence Canadian politics, Canadian politicians seem remarkably comfortable inserting themselves into American partisan politics. Apparently foreign political influence is a mortal threat to democracy when it crosses the border heading north. Heading south? Nothing to see here, carry on. So enough of the carefully packaged Liberal bullshit. Release the negotiating documents. • Show Canadians the American demands. • Show us Canada's demands. • Show us what changed. • Show us when it changed. • Show us exactly what was sitting on that table when Canada walked away. Because if those documents prove Carney's story, his government has every political incentive imaginable to release them, and its quite odd that they haven't. Their continued absence doesn't prove he's lying, but it sure does suggest it! And considering the Americans are providing details while our own government feeds us verbal oatmeal, it sure as hell gives Canadians a reason to stop swallowing everything we're spoon-fed. Mark Carney isn't an oracle. He isn't our father. And Canadians aren't intellectually deficient children who need the PMO to decide which facts we're mature enough to see. Stop telling us whom to hate. Show us what happened. Then we'll decide for ourselves who is full of shit. #cdnpoli

Freeloader Nation: Why America Needs to Cut Off Canada’s Welfare Check for Good (THREAD 🧵) (Thread highlights below) The sheer entitlement radiating from Ottawa is nothing short of comedy, and it is time to dismantle the grand delusion that Canada exists as an equal partner to the United States. Canada is an economic dependent surviving entirely on American generosity, geographic convenience, and endless patience. The Canadian economy is essentially a northern retail outlet clinging to the perimeter of a twenty-eight trillion dollar American powerhouse. Over seventy percent of all Canadian exports go directly into the United States, representing more than thirty percent of Canada's total gross domestic product. If the American border closed for thirty days, Canada would experience immediate financial cardiac arrest. When American trade negotiators adjust tariffs by a single percentage point, provincial premiers across Canada scramble into emergency sessions, the Toronto Stock Exchange convulses, and editorial boards publish panic-stricken essays about national survival. Meanwhile, Canadian imports represent barely one percent of total United States economic output. The entire country of Canada has an economy smaller than Texas, smaller than California, and rapidly getting eclipsed by Florida...
