In Fallout 76 you can build stuff floating in midair within CAMP shelters. So I built a thing where it looks like another thing if you look at it from a certain angle.
That little indie game that I've been working on by myself is starting to take shape. Still a long, long way to go, but I'm pretty happy with the general art direction and state of the code at the moment. #gamedev

I've been taking steps to address these points in my own life. Some of them have been simple, others have been more of a struggle.
But, progress is about many, many small steps, and not just a few big leaps.
My previous post appears to no longer be showing in my profile timeline and I'm not sure why. I don't remember restricting it, and it clearly doesn't seem to have been deleted.
Until I can figure this out, please excuse this repost.
I finally finished that #Fallout76 build that I've been working on. It uh... took me a little longer than I thought it would.

Earlier this year I decided to finally stop listening to my fears and actually have a proper go at making my own game which I've been meaning to do for over 15 years.
After a few false starts and early setbacks, I'm finally making steady progress as a solo dev. #gamedev
My younger self probably could have benefited from this advice, but then again I don't believe my younger self could have understood it.
But that's okay, I think I'm starting to get it now.
I thought it'd be interesting to have a go at mixing perspetive art with pixel art. But I dunno, I think it may have looked better in my head. #Fallout76
I'm trying to do a little art experiment involving a bit of pixel art, but this one that I made isn't going to work with what I have in mind. But that's okay, on to plan B.
My deepest gratitude to Bethesda for sponsoring this #Fallout76 build in celebration of their huge Burning Springs update. This was not my bingo card for this year, or this lifetime! Check out Burning Springs at beth.games/3Ye8p6m #ad #sponsored @Bethesda_ANZ @Fallout
I've been spending a little time replaying the #MassEffect trilogy again and it gave me the urge to draw. This here is Commander Selina "Badassfully Leading by Example" Shepard, who after surviving the events depected here, had to pee.
With the recent camp building update to #Fallout76, people asked me if I would be possible to do a build out in the open world. I gave it a shot and can report that it does indeed seem possible.
After stumbling around the #Fallout76 wasteland for an ungodly number of hours, I finally reached a milestone. This means I now get my new Vault-Tec issued ID card for my character! 🥳
Shame it doesn't give me any sort of a seniors discount though...
A couple months back, @smugptato asked me over on Reddit to have a try at making the famous Starry Night painting in #Fallout76. I thought it was an interesting challenge, but I may have taken things a little too far.
While I'm here, throwback to the last time I riffed on Starry Night for a Fallout New Vegas meme I did on DeviantArt many, many moons ago (deviantart.com/yoshifreak/ar…).
And that was, in my humble opinion, not even as good/funny as the Fallout 3 art meme that I had done before that: deviantart.com/yoshifreak/ar…
If you are from out of town and are having a stroll in our suburban streets in late September/early October, rest assured that it is not your imagination - these trees properly smell like cum.
I promise you I'm not making this up. #Melbourne
