May 2024 I made £2.2k in 4 days with zero experience. No clue what I was doing, just started.
Fast forward to now.. consistently hitting $330k/week… $17.1m a fucking year if I keep this up. Absolutely madness in reality.

You’re paying a CS $8k/month + % of ad spend for 10/15 concepts weekly, and their concepts are often made with weaker AI workflows than you already have
Ok sure, you could give them all the workflows or access to an internal OS but then the need for them is even less
At this point, it only makes sense to go for the top 1% and pay a premium.
Someone who is AI native, can bring/build better systems & implement into the biz & can operate as a leader & have full responsibility for the creative pipeline/team/hiring etc,
The rest will all be weeded out in the next 6 months.

Consistency is everything (in all areas of life)
My brother and I have come along way since starting online selling. Learnt a lot, earnt a lot and lost a lot along the way. That’s the joy of the game…
Only really just getting started now (quit my full time job and going all in on Ecom)
It’s important to stop and take a moment to see how far you’ve come sometimes. (This is the last 90 days on our current store).
