@BekoUK and #appliances direct, why are you refusing to agree that my 2 mth old freezer is faulty and needs replacing? Earplugs needed at night to sleep through this!

Clearly it’s not the drawers causing the problem !

They've literally rebuilt Notre Dame quicker than getting the cladding off my building #endourcladdingscandal

@BBCNews really need to investigate & expose @avivainvestors @avivaplc given it’s them who appoint and allow FirstPort to operate such poor practices, ruining the lives of millions of leaseholders. They are aware of the issues & do nothing @EOCS_Official @michaelgove @RishiSunak

@HSBC_UK – why have you rejected my mortgage application? In January you committed to lend to #leaseholders impacted by the #claddingcrisis. You approved my application on 23rd June subject to a professional valuation. 1/5

@ukcag My fholder claims the Building Safety (Leaseholder Protections) Regs 2022 - which introduced the Landlord’s Certificate - mean it DOESN’T need to take into account the net worth of the entire Aviva group (£358m), just its own (£527k). See photo below.

So I am liable for £15k of costs under the landlord’s certificate (rather than nil) as fholder net worth is BELOW £2m threshold. This can’t be right. Why would the Regs water-down protections for lholders in Building Safety Act? Who can I complain to / get clarification on this?
