I’m growing a Mo again this year to support men’s health. I’ve lost it all on the scalp so this year it will be more prominent than ever before.
Let me tell you a story about why I get behind Movember and some of the things I’ll do if I reach some of my fundraising milestones.
If I raise $200 I’ll swim 3.8km alongside Movember ambassador Ash Madgwick as he does his AIS Ironman. If I raise $500 I’ll add a marathon on top of the swim on the same day.

I’m swimming 20km in Feb in the Starlight Swim Challenge to raise funds for the Starlight Children’s Foundation.
