The AI bubble might finally be popping, more than 50% of S&P 500 companies have dropped 20% or more from their highs
And we’re not talking about random small companies here. We’re talking about Nvidia, Amazon, Google, Intel, Meta and Netflix.
Investors are starting to question the insane amount of money being thrown at AI, the huge infrastructure costs and whether all this spending will actually pay off.
AI can absolutely change the world. But that doesn’t mean every company throwing billions at it is going to make money.
