d EurostarUK Booking ref 67D462 two passengers outbound (StP->GdN) arrived 65 minutes late. Web form refuses to accept entitlement to cash compensation :(
Would like to promote @EurostarUK but delay "rights" are worthless. Crew on Train 9032 on 26/1 encouraged us to claim for >60 minutes late arrival into GdN; claim now being refused by website.

ALT Stephen Bonner - Executive Director of Regulatory Futures and Innovation said: “Developments in the biometrics and emotion AI market are immature. At the ICO, we are concerned that incorrect analysis of data could result in assumptions and judgements about a person that are inaccurate and lead to discrimination.”
