Leave a Legacyβ¦
#Leadership
Inheritance is what you leave for people.
Legacy is what you leave in them.
Most of us spend a lifetime building things to hand down β money, property, a plan.
Far less time goes into what actually stays with people after we're gone.
One is inheritance.
The other is legacy.
They're not the same thing, and only one of them takes real intention to build.
