I didn't want to wait until Father's Day so I tried a bit of a dual-tribute today. RIP Dad...hope you're resting well in heaven.
For the first time in 735 days, #LSU wins an SEC road game, and Jackson Harris has a career-day in the victory: career-high 9 catches, 178 rec yards, 2 TDs.
"He's just been doing a phenomenal job coming to work every single day, just a guy who's super reliable." #GeauxTigers

A rook thinking his respect matters is hilarious 💀
Yaxel Lendeborg on Luka Doncic:
"I had a lot of respect for him ... but being in there first hand, watching all the whining and complaining, I lost all respect for him."

Sam Leavitt has his best passing day since arriving at #LSU with a season-high four touchdowns, but injuries continue to mount for the Bayou Bengals.
"This team, from day one, has gotten more bad breaks." #GeauxTigers

The @EdnaKarrHS Cougars beat Rummel thanks to a strategy Karr learned from watching the Raiders' week six game against Brother Martin.
"When they played in the wind...we would just fake it instead of giving the ball at the original line of scrimmage."

The #Saints loss on Sunday does have one bright spot for #LSU fans: Justin Jefferson.
The @DestrehanSports alum played his second-ever game in New Orleans as an NFL player, but the week five contest was Jettas' first time suiting up in front of a packed Superdome
"To feel the energy, to feel the love...from the people that grew up watching me at LSU, it was definitely a cool moment." #GeauxTigers
The jarring part about Lane Kiffin's decision to punt instead of attempting the fourth down at Kentucky is it highlights the conservative approach Kiffin has taken at #LSU.
"Had this been me five years ago...I would've went." #GeauxTigers
The #Saints have suffered three-straight home losses, and for the second consecutive game, the opposing fanbase took over the superdome.
"Whenever we're here in the dome, we gotta play better." #WhoDat

You're comparing apples to oranges here. Dre Greenlaw didn't cost his team the game in that moment.
Dre Greenlaw just did something stupid and was ejected from the game. Notice Kyle Shanahan didn’t go running up to him to cuss him out. I’m only pointing this out because there was a lot of discussion about Kalen DeBoer crashing out on Dijon Lee after his crucial mistake.
I don’t think what DeBoer did is a big deal but some of you were saying that this should be expected because college players are being paid. Can’t treat them as “kids” anymore.
Well if the comparison is the pros, NFL coaches don’t rip players publicly that often after big mistakes. Why? Because they know they’re dealing with grown men. They usually correct in private because you don’t want to publicly embarrass a player you’ve invested millions in. Part of being a coach is managing egos.
College players should certainly be expected to be criticized differently by the public and media now that they’re being paid. But if you think coaches will have the license to take off on players publicly now … well that ain’t exactly how it works, either.
