It's now been 45 days since @USPS lost my sneaker purchase package in the mail. Spent HOURS trying to prove my purchase, even though THEY lost it. Still pending 2nd appeal - which is run BY USPS internally. It's like the guilty party gets to decide if they're responsible. Insane
