It only took 61 days for @TMobile to resolve shipping a duplicate handset ANND charging us for it... now to wait for the credit to apply back to the credit card... hopefully that doesn't take another 61 day!

Hey @united it's no big deal that you fill your empty seats with your staff but next time it would be nice if they arrive to their seats on the plane on time... You wouldn't have waited to leave Chicago if I were 30 minutes late for the flight.We shouldn't have to wait for you.

I don't know why i'm even surprised that @MoviePass customer service hung up on me when i called with an issue... but i can't believe a customer service agent just said "i can't help you, i'm hanging up now"

I now know to press record when the @united pilot very graciously explains on the PA a seat is broken & we will be delayed (for almost 90 minutes). So i can play it for customer service when they tell @rookieinchrist that they won't give him a hotel or get him home #brokenplane

Too bad @marriott's partnership with @united means nothing when @united flat out lie to their customers... #unitedlies admit you have a #brokenplane and don't blame the weather.

And it gets better @united now tells @rookieinchrist that he has to cover the hotel since it was #weatherrelated umm.. Not cool @united do the right thing.

And now @rookieinchrist is told by @united that they won't put him on the @AmericanAir flight to Phx because it was a 'weather delay', too bad we watched a seat get repaired for 80 minutes and missed his flight. #callitwhatitis #brokenplane
