In our experience with >200 fetuses diagnosed with pleural effusions :
✅ unilateral effusions: 50% genetic anomalies
✅bilateral effusions had more neo complications

Yesterday, 10 years ago (9/4/2014) the first baby was born by uterine transplantation in Sweden. Today we gather together and celebrate this achievement but also this young man and who family who spoke to us #UTX @TCHFetalCenter @bcmhouston
