Update on @bestbuy kegerator situation. @bestbuysupport tells me the ONLY way is to bring it in. That means the big kegerator, the CO2 tank, and the keg. I can leave the keg home but then it’s unrefrigerated and will spoil.

I spend $10-12k/year in best buy. I know I’m not keeping the lights on for them, but i had hoped my purchase history would at least make them stand by something that broke 2 months after i got it.

Bought a kegerator from @BestBuy. On the 2nd keg, the release valve seal in the regulator failed. @BestBuySupport told me they can't come here. So I have to unplug this thing and bring the whole fridge and 84 ounces of beer in a car and into a store. Never going to happen.

Insignia told me they overrode it and made it in-home. Then GeekSquad canceled and refused to discuss it. So I can't use it as is, can't transport it to have it looked it, and they won't come check it out. Soooo... I just wasted $500? Worst service ever.

So now I have to spend $60 on a new regulator and fix this myself because @BestBuy and Insignia stick to a script instead of helping the customer. My fault for expecting different?
