But according to the Cam Ward detractors this never happens. The ball has to be perfect for a professional WR to catch it.

If I had to start from zero at 220 lbs and get lean AND jacked in 6 months, this is everything I'd do:
1. Creatine. You should take it, your friends should take it, your parents should take it. 5g a day, forever. No loading phase needed.

Hi everyone, I’ve had so many people reach out through DMs offering to help pay Luna's vet bills. That's wonderful, but I don’t want anyone sending me money. If you’d like to help, please call Cumberland Animal Hospital in Lebanon, Tennessee, to pay toward her vet bill directly. Thank you all for offering, but please do not feel obligated. I haven’t responded to everyone due to the number of messages. The phone number is 629-600-4589.

Amazon Prime costs $139/year.
Most members use 2 features: free shipping and Prime Video.
That's a $139 subscription doing the job of a $5.99 delivery fee.
J.P. Morgan estimates the actual value of Prime benefits at approximately $1,430/year more
than 10x the membership cost. But most of that value sits unclaimed behind tabs, menus,
and pages 200 million members have never opened.
And 4 of those benefits expire monthly. If you don't claim them by the end of the month,
they're gone. Amazon resets the clock. You paid for them. You lost them.
Amazon is counting on you not knowing.
Here are the 12 Prime benefits most members have never activated including the 4 that
vanish every 30 days 🧵

Give me 8 weeks and 20-30lbs of belly fat, and I'll be lean by Labor Day.
Here's the exact grocery list, meals, routine, and workouts I'd run starting today:
Can we as fans just let the @IndianaFever play basketball? Does there have to be a think piece on every possession of every game? @CaitlinClark22 has said just let them play. Can’t come on social media without seeing discourse and gossip discussions on the whole team by a bunch of people putting in their feelings and conspiracy theories. Let these women literally breathe without putting a think piece out there.

14-year-old American found a roofing company on Google Maps with 4.9 stars and no website, copied their reviews and pasted them into ChatGPT 5.5.
2 minutes later - a complete brief.
Pasted it into webuil io and just waited while the system built a full website with all pages, reviews and a booking button.
Called the owner and showed him the live preview. He said yes immediately because he'd been meaning to fix this for years and never had the time.
Invoice for $1,000. 47 minutes of work from the first search to a closed deal.
Then he built a machine. Outscraper pulls 200 businesses from Google Maps in 10 minutes, ChatGPT 5.5 writes a personalized email for each one with their real business data - 500 emails a day, 3% respond.
Month one - $4,000, month six - $15,000-20,000. Five million businesses on Google Maps are still waiting for that call.
